I am confused and shocked at the previous negative review. I have been shopping from this store for over a year now and have experienced nothing less that OUTSTANDING customer service. They stand behind their product with a money back guarantee and offer discount codes with every order. They are always looking out for my best interest and will call me even after I have placed an order to tell me that they found a less expensive way of shipping and will be refunding my credit card for the difference. Maybe the previous reviewer was just having a bad day. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to enjoy the convenience of online shopping with the added benefit of superior customer service.

Very large selection of quality goods, competitive prices, and unusually good customer service both online and in person. Their website was recommended by a friend, and sick of the other company I was dealing with, I tried it. Free shipping of my order arrived the next day. One of the batteries I ordered had a manufacturing defect, so they told me to send it back and they'd check it out. I was placing a new order at the same time and noticed how close the store was to me, so they gladly refunded the shipping cost when I said I'd just come pick it up. Brought the return with me, and instead of taking it to inspect it and get back to me, they just gave me a brand new replacement outright.

The staff there has always treated me like family and even tho I don't live as close as I used to, I still always order from them, only now online. They know me by name and know exactly what I need and always, always make sure that I am taken extra special care of. In the rare event that I mess up my own order they immediately call me on the phone to check and see if my order is correct. The three ladies, that are the core staff, are amazing.
