Real review. Its all nasty. Recently spent to much, relying on reviews. Don't buy this stuff. Just cross your state line and get the real thing. Its like taking a spoonful of rotten compost with no chaser. They dont get back to you after you mention your dissatisfied with product.

The product advertised as "Snow Caps" is misleading; it's not the genuine article but is instead laden with chemicals. Opening the container alone can make you feel ill. I attempted to reach out via email, but after a week and a half, there's been no response. Do not purchase from this place. The image on the left shows what they claim to be "Snow Caps," which it clearly isn't, while the image on the right displays the actual product. I'm sharing this to let everyone know—protect your lungs and avoid shopping here.

Placed an order for the 3rd time first two orders were fine it took AUD214 from my bank account and the website said there was a problem with my card and to please try again I have emailed and emailed and called and called and was met with a very aggressive email this morning saying I had received my order and to stop harassing this business? I have had no help from this business or information as to where my money has gone or a solution to this either so I need to make people aware of this
