So as a woman, I didn’t appreciate pulling up it almost 2 AM trying to go get a drink on my way home from a late night family trip and I pulled up and I started changing my money over from the bank and stuff and checking my cell phone I sat in my car for 10 almost 15 minutes. Whatever wasn’t counting. I was right in front of the building. Nobody was there early. I guess with employees. The lady comes out and tells me that I’m gonna have to leave or call the cops because I’ve been there more than 15 minutes. First of I felt safe there As I should’ve Have been able to as I was opening my doors when she came up to go I am going in and purchase items I said so now I can’t come and buy my drink. She said well you can if you want to but you better hurry because you’re 15 minutes up up and we have science posted everywhere. The only thing I see is no loitering not no coming to purchase items and not play with your cell phone for a second not take a breather from driving. I am so confused of why I was treated that way, but it was absolutely disgusting. I pulled off. I will not ever come back There matter fact if that’s the way RaceTrac treats their customers, especially as a single woman by herself I don’t wanna ever ever spend money there.

Tier 5 = 1 FREE drink per day & 1 Medium drink for $1. Yet this location AND the Homosassa store ALWAYS say the same thing at the register. "Oh yeah, your rewards won't work. The system is glitching (down)." RIDICULOUS!!! Thank goodness the Lecanto store knows how what they're doing. They actually want to do their jobs. Maybe Racetrac should retrain the lesser staff through the Lecanto. Thank you.

This is the 3rd time ive came in and the frozen yogurt machines are turned off when they should be up and running. I was told by an employee they were supposed to clean the machines Monday morning, this make sense because who buys fro-yo in the mornings. So why are we cleaning the machines on a Sunday nights when a family like mine goes out of the way to leave our home for frozen yogurt just to find out the employees decided to clean at a prime time of the weekend so they can get out sooner in the morning. Just left this location , must be nice for managers to sit around cuss and bad mouth fellow employees and guests! Like we are the reason you are there!! Maybe they should practice working themselves as much as they do their mouths. I'm apalled , and will be contacting corporate because this is not the FIRST time with this lady on the grave shift.

Nice big gas station with plenty of gas pumps and food and drinks inside to keep you going throughout the day.
