I used to go to a smoke shop way out of my way. Someone recommended this shop to me and I haven’t went anywhere since! The owner and the workers there are so nice and very helpful! They have so many options and they’re very reasonably priced!

Great shop. Raz vape was 4$ cheaper here than Smokers Paradise! Jay was very helpful & got me set up with an Eco2 Nano & E juice. Had an online coupon for 10% off & even got rewards points. Very pleased. This is my new shop. Don't go to Smokers Paradise. They’re a rip off. 12/6 Third time I have bought a bad replacement pod for my Vaporesso eco 2. Straight outta the box & filled with my usual InaVape Heisenberg 50/50 & it is burnt. Bad burnt! Like melted plastic. According to Grok this is an O-ring issue common in cheap or counterfeit pods. I cannot afford to waste 8$ every other month.. I keep my unit clean & charged so it is definitely the pod. Hopes are high that Georgés & Jacub will remediate the situation. I certainly have no ill will, esp if situation is handled fairly, but someone definitely NEEDS to contact the company. *stay tuned* ~Dee UPDATE 12/7 Georgés handled the pod issue with care. He listened to me earnestly. He replaced it with a new one outta the box & allowed me to fill & check it before leaving. He seems to truly care & appreciate his customers. That is a rare quality these days when many of us like myself have been taught to anticipate a hassle. Plenty of businesses in this very town could learn from him. At least two other smoke shops I won’t step foot into again. We are regular kratom customers as well & the price matches that G & Jacub have worked for us are fair. Not quite as cheap as online of course. A shop has overhead. But well worth a few $ more to have personal service & not have to fuss with mail orders. Went in got a smok for 60 something screen wasn’t working next day asked for help from the people there for either replacing it or getting my money back they told me they can offer me a discount to purchase another one, I explained that was all my money and asked if they are just able to replace it because it was a faulty device they said no only a discount find out the smok isn’t even real. Warranty card is fake and they robbed me

Great service, and each of the employees including the owner are very likeable. Always asking me how my day was or what I got going on the weekends, it actually feels like they care. I don't need that from a smoke shop, but it is nice. If you're a regular, they take pretty good care of you 10/10
