I'd like to give a special shout out to Kara!! In fact,the whole stage! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. It's one of my favorite places!

My best friend bought me a gift for our upcoming trip from this place. I followed the instructions to use the product but it didn't work as expected. I searched for it on YouTube and discovered that it was not producing the correct results. My best friend spoke to the seller, but they refused to help. The product cost $278.39 and the seller was not helpful. Find another place to spend your hard earned money with people that stand behind their products! Thank you for your reply but you are saying you are sorry that I did not know how it worked, that is why people use the instructions. Also you are saying that it is the top of the line, that still does not say that it can not malfunction. If you keep reading some of the other comments your products do not stand up to the top of the line description. So I am not the only person that has had problems with the products you sell. No thank you for selling me another one at half price. It's crazy that you try to put the malfunction on me or my best friend. Why did you not give options to my best friend when he came back up there to talk to you about this item. I had to leave a review to get an option for this item. I believe you gave an option to us to make you look good because you surely brushed my best friend off when he came back up to the store to talk to you about it. I still say people stay away from this shop. There are other smoke shops out here at the beach like the one across the street.

Tremor is amazing, he provided a wonderful experience for an out of towner such as myself. Of I’m ever back in Jax I’m definitely stopping here. Shoot I’m stopping here before I leave to restock due to the great prices!!!

I had a great experience at first—the glass selection was nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They even showed me a case that was 50% off, which I appreciated. However, when I returned two days later to make a purchase of a $100+ piece, the experience was completely different. A different employee, an unfriendly guy with black hair and a cop-style mustache, was working. He was rude, offered zero customer service, and suddenly, the 50% off deal was no longer valid. When I asked him to check with the other staff, he refused. Instead of leaving as a happy, returning customer, I walked away extremely disappointed. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially if that employee is working. If you want fair prices and respect as a customer, go elsewhere!
