Avoid this gas station at all cost. They refuse to give refunds and just blame the customers. I went to this gas station at 7:40ish on a Wednesday morning. I went in and asked if they had change for $50 cashier stated yes, great. I got myself a propel and then requested to add $20 for gas. Everything was fine until I went outside to pump gas in my car. My mistake was parking in front of the store to get gas instead of the pump. When I got to the pump it read as if I had pumped the gas already but I had not. I walked back into the store and stated it was not working. Another cashier then gave me the receipt to my purchase and stated I had already pumped my gas when again I did not. She then called her manager which did absolutely nothing but blame me. He stated I could not get my money back and if I did not leave the store the cops would be called. I said great I’ll call too and also was lazy to check the camera for proof. The cops came but unfortunately they could not do anything. So now I am down $40 worth of $20 of gas. Again I understand I made my mistake but I need my refund.

The company offers a subscription if you pay monthly $9.99 you get 7 free drinks of any kind and any size a month! My wife and I are doing it for the first month and it will be the last time. Every time we come in the owners always make comments about how it’s free and we aren’t spending any money. Give us dirty looks when we come in making us feel uncomfortable every time we’re coming in. As if we’re stealing or something. Asks us “why do you keep getting free drinks?? You had free drinks yesterday. And now again today?? What are you doing??” In an accusatory tone and body language. Know what your company offers, know that 7 Eleven offers discounts and deals and that’s what brings people in. Know that before you decide to own a franchise. If you don’t want to honor (I’ve seen other comments about it too) discounts corporate is offering then own your own gas station and not a franchise.

I go here all the time because it is literally the only convenience store in my area tht is open an durin the late nt shift from 10pm-6am the staff is amazing an friendly an helpful an mk u wana come bk thr but durin the day esp in the morning from 6am-2pm the staff who i believe to be the owner or the owners wife is so rude an disrespectful an js downright nasty an hateful to the customers it mks me avoid tht store completely whn she is there. I hv literally been followed around the store by her because she assumed i was homeless an had no money an was gona steal smthn because i ride an ebike. Whn in reality i hv a home an job an i had plenty of money in my pocket to get wht i wanted. I drink alot of ice water so i hv to cups i carry with me an i was trin to fill them wit sum from the fountain drink thing an then get sum water an she yelled yes yelled at me an said i was goin to break her ice maker by filling my cups which mind u hold less then their extra large fountain drink cups. She js kept sayin rude an unnecessary things me the entire time i was in the store an ive witnessed her doin the same thing several times to others on Several different occasions. Ive js started aviodin goin thr whn she is working. An ill say one last thing mayb she sld spend last harassing her customers which keep her store open an more time cleanin her bathroom which is js one most dicussting bathrooms ive ever been an also cleaning her foundation drink machine which is also nasty then mayb she wld hv less time to drive her customers away

Very rude worker. White male was bothered by customer walking in to purchase items because he had to pause his music on his AirPods. Indian girl never speaks and looks at guest for walking in.

This morning Indian lady kicked me out of the gas station, because I told her it’s not my job to shop for doordash customers. Also when I asked for her name, she told me I DONT KNOW and ordered me to leave! And didn’t want to give me the order. Unprofessional and I told DoorDash as well, hopefully they will STOP ordering this location! Zero STARS! DONT BUY HERE PLEASE😡
