Sold me two vapes explicitly stated no returns then I find out neither of them charge. The raz nova visions are defective. Not just one, but both don’t recharge so I won’t be there again.

You want a good laugh and customer service come see the bald head guy.

EXPENSIVE & SLIMY business is done here. Guy is hostile too. Then he has the audacity to have a tip jar on the counter... maybe dude you should act like your customers have more than just one option to get their stuff at. Because they do. Won't be back here for a long time

The best store in all of Jacksonville. The treatment is amazing and the people are amazing. You should all go there and do not believe any negative comment, see it with your own eyes and try it.
