Awesome experience! I was looking for a specific flavor of vape. I drove all over Jacksonville, I was on a mission. I went to 10–15 vape shops looking for the Off-stamp, sour strawberry, Dragonfruit flavor vape. And I finally found it here! The owner was very friendly! Excellent customer service! Thank you! Best shop in Duval I’ve been to, shop always clean and smells good, Mimi and the owner makes you feel welcome and not like they are just selling something to you. Very very kind (Perfect). The deals they give you are phenomenon. I love this shop so much they are like family in my eyes.

This is the nicest, cleanest vape shop anywhere around. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go here specifically to deal with Dayun. He's got to be the friendliest, most knowledgeable guy I've ever dealt with when buying vape products. His customer service skills are unmatched!! If I could I would leave 10 stars!

Terrible products. I keep having issues with my vape pens not working now. If I have any other issue and I take my vape pen to a different vape store and I say hey I got an issue they will work with me on it and charge me the price of the amount of liquid left the pen well again I knew I shouldn't have gone there but I went there cuz they're the only ones who have my pen and I just bought it Friday from the same guy he was there when I bought it refused to offer me any help. Any deal on a full vape cart that does not work that I bought from him? Very rude. Very disrespectful. I will go to the mega shop before I step foot ever back into the store again. They will rip you off. They sell you terrible products and they're all about just scamming you. I don't know who left these other reviews because they are not friendly and they do not have deals all the time and I just got robbed out of $20 so.
