Ashley has such GREAT customer service!! This is the BEST SMOKE SHOP I HAVE EVER SEEN! This store has literally everything you could possibly need.

Wonderful, clean, inviting shop! I have recently discovered there is a smoke shop much closer to my house, and I can say that without a doubt, shopping at Smoke Place Cigars & Smoke Shop has been the best experience I've ever had! The owner is absolutely lovely, she's very friendly and makes a point to greet every customer as soon as they come in. Her knowledge of the products and overall enthusiasm for customer service makes every visit feel like more than just a transaction. As someone who is not overly familiar with certain products, I very much appreciate the time and attention she gives my questions about trying different or new things. The selection is well-varied, prices are more than reasonable, and the shop is laid out very nicely, with everything being clean and well organized. And if all that wasn't enough, her shop assistant is the cutest little Frenchie you'd ever have the privilege to meet! Stop in and give them a try, you will not regret it!!

I love this shop! The service is super friendly and informative. Competitive prices, and they have items that other shops just seem to not carry. Support local!!

Great customer service, products are nice and well priced.

Fantastic. I will not go to another shop ever again. Simply top notch. I could be in Orlando and I would wait to get back to this shop to spend my money. The quality makes spending the money worth it, never disappointed with the recommendations and the people are awesome.
