Best place in Jax - especially the reward program! The owners/staff of off Atlantic and San Pablo are so nice and so are the ones off Philips Hwy and I 295. They always have what I need and they make sure that you are happy every time! I’ve never had a problem by far of my favorite vape shop!

Smokebucks is great overall... this branch is terrible. Have tried to come here 3 times in the past month. Every time there has been a sign on the door that says back in five minutes. I waited the last time and the girl who walked in was rude as if I interrupted her break.

I bought a vape pod King elf bar. It was defective. Leaked all in the box. Brought it back in three minutes later refused to exchange. What a rip off buyer beware.Had to call credit card company too dispute can’t sell defective product in Florida no matter what there policy is they said owner will not allow returns not only that the product box had a expiration date of 04/2024
