Clearly, and I mean crystal clear: I've never been to this business and I can't tell or differentiate even what they sell. So, how can I give this location five stars? The answer to this question is perception and this means a lot, actually it might be worth more than someone that is considered a regular customer. I use the nearby laundry 🧺 and I can tell you that this location is always clear, well maintained and they have clear signs of their expectations. For a small retail location it's clear that they are doing a lot in a challenging business environment. They've even got some international interest 🇨🇦 which shows practical good leadership and good business. "The goal of customer service is not to be the best, but have it be legendary."- Sam Walton.

If I could give no stars I would... I've been going to this location for awhile, in that time I've spent thousands of dollars, and go in everyday... I bought a disposable nic vape and THE NEXT DAY it was completely burnt out and not functioning... I went back thinking that if I explain the issue they would take care of me, it was a brand new vape... I was told that they couldn't trade it out and I was going to have to purchase another.. DO NOT GET YOUR VAPES HERE.
