I can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me while I was in there but just know customer service is 10/10. She helped me to pick a product that was not only within my price range but also effective. She answered all my questions and I felt absolutely unrushed. Their product selection is huge, whatever you indulge in, they have something for you or for your friend as a gift. The store didn’t feel overwhelming which easily happens when tones of products are displayed. I like the overall layout of the store and how everyone has their own little section.

This smoke shop has everything. Very clean and friendly staff. Great deals on vapes with 2 for $30 and buy one get one. Disregard any negative reviews in the past. This store has the right staff in place to give you the best Smoke Shop experience available in Jax.

Top favorite smoke shop in Jax. Employees are very helpful. Ella is the best.
