Bought a Mellow Fellow device here for around $50. It worked initially, but after the battery died, it would no longer charge at all… it lights up when plugged in but stays stuck at 0%, making it unusable even though the product is still full. I brought it back within a couple of days and showed them the issue in person, but was told to contact the manufacturer instead of being offered any help or exchange. I understand things can malfunction, but a device at this price point should last longer than a single charge. Disappointing experience and customer service.

Horrible! Don't go here unless you have money to lose. The girl sold me a pen that isn't even compatible with my cartridge after I told her I bought a cartridge elsewhere. She told me the ooze brand was extremely popular and a good choice. She wouldn't give me a refund or exchange or store credit or anything even though I had my receipt and it was less than 24hrs later. I couldn't get a supervisor's number or even a name. Really sad since I've been a returning customer for over a year.

store sells you defective product and if you take one step out of the door they wont replace it. Today I bought a vape and went outside to the trashcan to open it and it didnt work, when I went back inside to show them and ask for a replacement they told me since I walked 1 step outside they cant replace or refund.

Been here several times for cigars. Decent humidor, close to the house. Bought some sticks over the weekend and didn't notice one was cracked. Came in to exchange and was told I couldn't. Welp, last time shopping there.
