AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Multiple times now I’ve bought flower and it was well under an eighth, the vapes I’ve grabbed either leaked of just stopped working. Not to mention the terrible employees that not only rag and lie on each other to CUSTOMERS but degrade their customers keeping them in business as well. The two white guys in there have to be the most misogynistic, tone deaf men I have ever ran into and should be ashamed for how they treat and speak to women, ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMERS. If I could give -5 stars I would.

I used to come to this smoke shop regularly, and it was a completely different experience before. Unfortunately, this last visit was very disappointing. The employee who helped me had an attitude like they didn’t want to be there at all, or like they were having a bad day—but that’s not my fault as a customer. I felt poorly treated the entire time. They were indifferent, didn’t even make eye contact, and showed zero interest in helping me or in what I was buying. It honestly felt like I was bothering them just by being there. To make things worse, when I went to pay, I noticed I was being overcharged, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. It’s a shame because I used to like coming here, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.

Best smoke shop in town! Open earlier and later than any shop in town, 8am to midnight almost every night. Not to mention the staff is incredible. My number one place to come ask questions about products and have a better understanding of what you’re buying. Not to mention to largest vape selection I’ve ever seen. Sydney is absolutely amazing and answers any questions I have!

No longer the best smoke shop in Jax.. I only come in for grabba/rolling materials & the grabba has been SHIT for the longest. It’s either waaay to dry or waaay to light.. Not to mention I just got a pack 2 days ago, & a green die (looks like mold) is forming on the leaf.. No I did not leave the grabba out, I always place mine back in the pack after using it

Every time I go in there, Bella is incredibly kind and welcoming. My wife recommended this place and she was 100% right. Bella provides amazing service — definitely five stars.
