I've been to just about every smoke shop in Jax and this by far is my favorite one with the cheapest prices. Journie is the best and sweetest one there who always helps me with any questions I have and always points me in the right direction on new products. There was even this rude nasty guy that came in wearing flip flops and no shirt and he smelt like complete crap while being rude to her and others in the store. She was way more polite than I would have been. Pretty sure it was that technician rocket guy. He wouldn't leave and she handled it like a professional before he ran off other customers. Hope he doesn't come back because I definitely will!

I stopped by this smoke shop recently and had a solid experience. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. They had a wide selection of products—from glass pieces to wraps and accessories—and everything looked clean and well-organized. Prices were fair compared to other shops in the area, and I appreciated that they had options for different budgets. The atmosphere was laid-back, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Only thing I’d say is they could maybe expand their selection a bit more in certain categories, but overall, it’s a reliable spot. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a good smoke shop.

I want to commend ALL the staff at this store. They're always friendly and helpful and the store offers many products that are top shelf in my opinion. I know I'll keep coming back. No other smoke shop offers such a great variety of products that are sold to you at reasonable prices with a staff that always has a smile for you!! Been coming here over a year faithfully…but never again. Thanks to the young girl working this evening. Journey? Journea? When I entered the shop she immediately told me “I have to leave and that I can’t be in here..” I guess she didn’t approve of the clothes that I was wearing? Took a second to gather my thoughts and told her I just want to purchase my usual and go (there’s a few shops around but this location has my favorite product. Lost THC, specifically. She told me they were all sold out. I left without a word. I’ll be taking advantage of Lost THC designated website and make my future purchases there. More affordable on Lost THC website so I suppose she did me favor. Thanks for saving me the trouble of ever coming here again.
