I had an amazing experience at this smoke shop and felt like it deserved a proper shoutout. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and laid-back, but what really stood out was the customer service. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely valued as a customer, but they absolutely nailed it here. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and more than willing to help me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. They took the time to answer questions, explain products, and even made some great recommendations that I wouldn’t have considered on my own. That kind of attention makes all the difference. On top of that, the prices were seriously impressive. Everything felt fair and competitive, and you can tell they care about giving customers real value instead of just trying to make a quick sale. It’s the kind of place you can keep coming back to without feeling like you’re overspending. I also want to give a special shoutout to Kia (I hope I’m saying it right—like the car!). She was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and just had great energy the whole time. She made the experience even better and is definitely a big reason I’ll be coming back. I got a $35 guitar battery from them not even two weeks ago and a cart too both items I bought is not only getting clogged and it’s not even a quarter way used. It’s a faulty battery blinking a yellow light. I take it in there, not asking for a refund asking to get a new battery because maybe it’s a faulty battery. She refuses to help me call the manager or whoever and tells him what’s going on. Starts talking on the phone in front of me as if oh it’s not a bad battery. It’s something to do with the atomizer asked if you tried cleaning it and I did that before I even wasted my time coming up here and then tells me that they can’t exchange it out. Or refund me. The only thing that they can do is sell me another one as if anybody is gonna purchase another cart from that place when the one that they got not even two weeks ago is faulty and this is an expensive cart and battery. We’re not talking about $10 we’re talking 35+ tax. Plus cart This place sucks. I would not advise you to shop there. They don’t try to do anything to fix their equipment and they don’t care if you waste your money on items bought there I suggest you go to a different smoke shop this place just takes your money and laugh as I walked away upset. I’m still searching Corporate’s number if they have one because this kind of stuff is why people don’t trust smoke shops in the first place
