Adam was extremely nice and hospitable. One of the nicest people I have met during my reviews and photography of businesses and stores. His prices are much better than some of the other similar types of businesses and they have a good selection if premium cigars and humidors, which at lot of places rarely have. He has great customer service and has an extensive knowledge of his products. Thank you for your time and for the conversation. Five stars in my book!

Yeah probably lost a customer. I’ve been coming here for years all the time and spent lots of money. I purchased one of the Crown Bar vapes and it apparently was defective came in. Told the gentleman I bought two days ago letting him know at the time the owner sold it to me and it was defective. He went to get someone else to help me. The other guy says normally I’m gonna say no we can’t do anything about it and I ask is he able to get in contact with the manager to exchange it out? He responds to noo after I have driven all this way. I find it disrespectful to have longtime customers and you’re not able to accommodate, but there’s plenty of other ones in the Jacksonville area will not be coming back here again.

one of the best smoke shops in town! It’s a bigger smoke shop with a lot of things to offer! I can always count on them to have my cigars/ anything I need on hand.

Used to be my favorite smoke shop within 20 miles because of friendly staff and good product. Will not be going back again. Last two times I went the new guy(at least he’s new to me) has been very rude and will not answer questions if I have any.
