Please Walmart, I beg of you to stop ripping me off. I do need to be more vigilant at check out and including the self check out. I purchased (2) 1 liter bottles of Pepsi products because they were advertised or marked down to $1.00 but according to the receipt, I paid, or was charged $1.58 for each. Also, the USA clearence items were listed at 75% off, I paid full price. I picked up 2 bags of SunChips because they were advertised or on sale for $2.50, I was charged $3.98, reg price, for both. Every time I go to Walmart, I make it point to buy 2 bags of cat litter, always...because this item is not always available. On one visit, I went thru self check out, at the point that I was ready to pay, I realized I didn't have my wallet, I asked one of the CSR to suspend the purchase so I could go out to my car and see if it was there. When I got back, the CSR was rescanning all the items in my cart. Well, when I got home and looked at the receipt, she had charged me for 3 bags of litter. Granted, its not large sums of money but it all adds up. Prices are high enough already and steadily increasing. This is the last thing that I would expect or want to have happened. I have budget for groceries and now have to be mindful of every penny spent because of a recent car accident. And from time to time I will splurge, especially if the price is right, but it's just not paying off for me. I just feel cheated. I know that I do have the option to go back to the store and try to get my money back and I would have, prior to the accident but with the constant pain I live with everyday since, sometimes, it's just not worth the hassle. Walmart, please be better! Please make sure items are accurately advertised, priced or marked for discount, clearance or sale.

0 star review. I took my 2 two year old marine batteries to the auto care department at Walmart on Atlantic. I helped carry the batteries for Kandie as they are heavy to help her out. When checking out I specifically asked her to charge one battery to one card and the other battery to another. She treated me like I was stupid and said she understood. After seeing on the key pay where you pay “total 217$.00 she said to swipe my card and it would only charge 100 for the one battery. After charging the card the full amount, she said she couldn’t fix it. I asked to speak to a manager and she was very disrespectful, never getting a manager. I’m not one to take the time to make a complaint, but I never received the 24$ off for the two old batteries brought in. Absolute nightmare and will never go here again. I highly recommend avoiding this auto care center and would advise Walmart not to have Kandie in customer service. She is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met and can’t believe someone like this would be hired for a position that designated to help people by clearly communicating

I've been overcharged for groceries 3 times so far whenever a associate checkout, I've gotten two different battery's so far, their battery book gave me the wrong info and blew a power supply on my car. Now I have a crank no start situation. Customer service lady who has braids is the rudest person I've ever met. If I didn't live across the street I would go elsewhere to shop. Surprisingly the only good interaction I've had with the employees is the man that checks receipts. Highly recommend avoiding this walmart by all costs. They like to scam, overcharge, and LOVE to be rude.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experiences. Whether I am using pickup, delivery, or shopping in-person at the Jacksonville store, the experience is phenomenal. Everything is organized and easy to find, and I cannot think of another company that executes all three shopping methods with such excellence.
