My experience at 535 Smoke Shop was pretty cool from start to finish. The shop had a clean, organized layout, making it easy to browse their wide selection of products and accessories. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I didn’t feel rushed while looking around. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. The staff took the time to answer my questions, explain the different products, and make recommendations based on what I was looking for. Their knowledge and willingness to help made the visit even better. Overall, I had a positive experience at 535 Smoke Shop. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with a good selection, a clean environment, and helpful customer service, this is definitely a place worth checking out. I’ll be back again in the future.

1st time at this shop and the service was EXCELLENT! Kiara was a MAJOR help when I walked in unaware of new flavors I wanted to try. Definitely will make this a go to from now on

Didn’t really care for the atmosphere of the smoke shop …There was a pleasant lady there I guess 🙄 usually when you go into a smoke shop the atmosphere is up beat and 9xs outta 10 the customer usually purchases more than what they came for 🤷‍♀️ me I purchased blunts and left … I was interested in replacing my MFU hookah that I lost but uuum no I didn’t wanna ask this lady anymore than what I had already asked 😂 so there’s that 🤷‍♀️ no did she up sell …. nor did I leave with blunts AND hookah but it was ok 👍

Excellent customer service as soon as I walked through the door. Caussuandra was wonderful, took care of me and anything that I needed

The customer service is the besttttt! Must visit! 10000/10
