Sold me a fake, defective vape that made me feel sick, and then refused to do anything about it. No refund, no exchange, nothing, even though the product was clearly not genuine and unsafe. Be aware their “no return, no exchange” policy applies even when they sell faulty or counterfeit items. Shop elsewhere if you don’t want to risk wasting your money.

This store is Absolutely Amazing! They have an Excellent selection of products and the prices are great too. The Owner and the staff are so knowledgeable about their products. They are always super friendly and helpful. They have excellent customer service skills! I spoke to the Owner not too long ago about how I have been trying to find a vanilla flavored vape but haven’t been able to find one anywhere and today when I went in to the store he actually found one and had it there waiting for me. I was so happy and I really appreciate him for going above and beyond to find that specific flavor for me. That was so awesome of him! I highly recommend this store!

Honestly doesn’t deserve the one star. The male potentially the owner was not only rude and uncomfortably unprofessional he kept rushing me literally told me i had to hurry and make my decision I shouldn’t take that long looking around. Mind you I had only been in the store for not even ten minutes plus I live right around the corner and was shopping for more than one thing but also wanted to check the store out hoping to be able to frequent the store quite a bit since it is so close but I will never step foot in that store again and urge others to avoid it due to how horrible the experience was and how awful the man treated us as customers trying to spend good money I wasn’t just wasting my time looking around for no reason but I couldn’t even look at the flavors of vapes for couple minutes without him rushing me repeatedly eventually grabbing two flavors of a different brand than I even was looking at and giving me those two options saying I had to choose one or the other and when I declined and tried to continue looking he told me okay times up you need to leave the store. Was a strange weird experience made me uncomfortable and will definitely not ever be back. The only good thing I can say giving credit where it’s due is that the poor girls that work there are very nice and helpful they are the reason for the one star instead of zero stars.

The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate, showing zero concern for customer safety. Selling harmful, fake products and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Clearly needs proper training in customer service and how to handle legitimate complaints. Avoid this place at all costs.

This used to be a very warm and welcoming store but today was the absolute worst experience I've ever had add any smoke shop within the area the owner is very rude and he is rude and impatient he lost a very loyal customer today this is all due to the owner however his employees we're very respectful and helpful I will never come hear again his disrespect what's felt thru out the store the employees looked petrified and embarrassed the moment he raised his voice mind you I'm no threat I am in a walker and barely mobile absolutely disgusting behavior
