As a longtime Local Guide, I don’t throw around 5 stars lightly. I had an issue with a recent purchase and came back pretty frustrated after a mix-up with what I was originally sold. I’ll keep the details general, but it wasn’t what I asked for. I walked in expecting a headache. Instead, Abdul handled it exactly how customer service is supposed to work. He listened, didn’t argue, and fixed the situation quickly and professionally. I went from confrontation mode to feeling respected as a customer in a matter of minutes. That kind of turnaround deserves recognition. Mistakes happen in any business. What separates a good shop from a bad one is accountability, and they stood behind what they sold without drama. Abdul made it right, plain and simple. That’s why this is a 5-star review.
