I have been in this smoke shop a few times and I have had the privilege to have James help me. I do have to say I'm from NYC and even in NY I haven't come across a person that has been so knowledgeable as James. He knows the product to the tee and his customer service is the best I have had I many years. I want to thank James and whoever employed him for their wonderful service thank you.

One of my favorite smoke shops. Extremely friendly and unbeatabledeals
