2 stars because friendly service but the cigars are dreadful, saw a few cracked when I was browsing should have taken it as a warning sign. Everything is bone dry, falling apart and getting wrapper in your mouth Of the few I picked up 1 was smokable the rest were tossed if something has a premium price I expect a lot more paying upwards of 15 bucks a stick

It says they open at 9am. Sat and waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I am new to Kissimmee and this would have been my first time here… never been here and won’t ever go there..

Was looking for a very specific product that wasn’t in store. They informed me they could get me the product i was looking for in an hour. Great customer service and highly recommend visiting.
