Very friendly, and the only carrier of my brand. Even had a little button game thing to play when you bought something for a chance to win free juice stuff.

I was a big customer at Down South Vape Shop in St Cloud. The owner Justin always helped when I had a problem with my vape. He would also ship to me when I went away. Justin unfortunately sold the place. After visiting several other places in St Cloud and being very disappointed in their customer service, I tried kcvo vape shop. It is fabulous. Brit is the best, and they allow you to sample vapes. Customer service is A plus, and the pricing is below the other vape shops.

BRETT, IT WAS GREAT, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE . GREAT SELECTION AND VERY FAIR PRICING

I'm beyond thrilled to give KCVO vape shop a glowing 10/10 recommendation! If you're in Kissimmee, this place is an absolute must-stop. The convenience is unbeatable—they're right off the highway, and get this: they have a drive-thru! Talk about easy access. But the real star is their amazing selection; it's truly impressive. The staff is deeply knowledgeable, and the owner is exceptionally friendly, making every visit a pleasure. Trust me

Very easy talking boss and and grab what I want, recommended !
