I had an amazing experience thanks to Jeremiah. From the moment I walked into the smoke shop, he greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel welcome. His customer service was honestly one of the best I’ve experienced. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained the different products in detail, and answered every question I had with confidence and patience. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was. Instead of just trying to make a sale, he made sure I understood my options and helped me find the products that best fit what I needed. He never rushed me or pressured me into buying anything, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and genuine. Jeremiah’s professionalism, friendly personality, and attention to detail are exactly what every business should look for in a sales associate. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. Because of the way he treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to my friends and family. If you’re looking for someone who’s respectful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help customers, ask for Jeremiah. He deserves every bit of recognition for the outstanding job he does. Five stars all the way!

This was my 1st time shopping this particular location. The ambience and vibe of the store was top notch. Jeremiah was super cool and very helpful. He directed me to what was available in the brand that I’ve previously used, and the check out experience was smooth. He didn’t push me or coerce me in any way. He explained the rewards program and helped me get signed up. I’ll definitely return. Thank you Jeremiah!!

Tyre was amazing. I came in locking for the best deals and he definitely told me everything that was available! He’s so funny and customer service was at 100000%

Riley was amazing. Best smoke shop I've been to in a long time. I got this amazing hat and Riley suggested it for me. She said it'd be great on my skin tone so I bought it. Things are great here.
