Been going to the shop for a while now and they must have changed owners or something because the entire vibe of the store is just off, not welcoming at all. Their product selection is also pretty underwhelming compared to what they've offered in the past. Sadly won't be coming back and will be looking for a new shop.

Sad to see that they've changed ownership, and now a local hobby novelty will never be the same again. My buddies and I had wonderful experiences with the staff from 2010s and early 2020s. The deals were always great, I'd racked up points to get small little freebies, the smells and decorations were always cool... And now when you walk in; it's like stepping into a back alley smoke and vape store in the outskirts of Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. It's awful just awful. If you're reading this, and you've stepped foot into this shop for AT LEAST 10 consistent years, then you'll understand exactly what I mean when I honestly say that Grateful J's has lost it's novelty and soul that used to make this store fun, helpful, and unique.

Been shopping at Grateful J's since I moved here 28 years ago and they had 1 store this particular location has good customer service and great selection

Went in to look around and get some incense wouldn’t even let us smell them bought two bags and they literally smell like nothing paid 4 dollars which isn’t much but why even sell anything like that which doesn’t even have any kind of scent will not be going back

I was helped by Cameron. Who is not only extremely kind but very knowledgeable about all the products in the shop. Grateful J's has a huge selection of products. If you are looking for rolling papers, this store has a huge selection of premium papers. RAW rolling paper seems to be the top seller. They have a large selection of RAW. Ranging from papers, cones, rollers, grinders & trays. You can also get all of your vape needs here as well. If you are looking for e juice they have a nice selection. Also check out the wild berry incense. Great store will return for another visit.
