I never leave bad reviews, because they are simply not worth my time. But when I lose $70, it feels necessary. I have came to this vape shop multiple times, and each time the vapes are fake, they taste weird and don’t last. Beyond that, their kava products like their feel frees are open and don’t all contain kava and kratom. I drink these regularly and they are always brown and green, why are three of the ones I bought clear and cracked opened? I explained the the employee that the factory sometimes has flukes and it’s been going on amongst other smoke shops. She argued with that and I left. After being at home I went to have one and three of the four were cracked open and clear. When I called back, the girl had a disgusting attitude, hung up on me, when I was simply wanting to get new ones since they sold fluke products. She was about 25 years old, miserable and zero customer service skills. there are so many other authentic smoke shops that carry actually products instead of these dupes. Wasted $70.

Friendly service and great selection. Kelsey is very helpful. They don’t ask for tips and this is one of the last smoke shops in Soflo that I’ve been to with great service and doesn’t ask for tips. I would have tipped just for the record 👍

Never written a bad review before but this place won’t last. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Super rude and unfriendly girl who is about 30 years old with a serious attitude ‘working’ the counter while talking on the phone. Won’t return and will bring my business somewhere else where I don’t have to deal with someone who acts like that.

Thank you, Kelsey for taking the time and helping me find a Vape that works for me. Very a ton of listen to everything I said and then found a perfect flavour and hit will definitely be coming back to the store just due to the service most Vape stores are the same but she’s above and beyond ❤️❤️❤️
