I had an excellent experience at the store today. The staff member who helped replace my vape was incredibly humble, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. His outstanding customer service and positive attitude made the experience truly enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond—you're a fantastic guy and a great asset to the store. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Awesome selection and great prices. My last visit I was speaking with the owner who is cool as a cucumber and we were talking about some of his products. He noticed that the item I needed had expired and was taking it off the shelf to replace. I only needed a piece that was in the box so he gave me a huge discount and sent me on my way. These guys really look out for their local customers. 5 stars all the way. Come check them out!!

Elite Smoke & Vape stands out as the most exceptional smoke shop I have ever visited. Having lived in Lakeland my entire life and previously worked at a smoke shop, I can confidently say I have never experienced customer service at this level. The staff is consistently caring, friendly, and attentive, always taking the time to check in with their customers. In addition to outstanding service, Elite Smoke & Vape offers some of the best prices in Lakeland. The store also has an impressive selection of Pre-rolls, Tobacco water pipes, bowls, and accessories, especially for those interested in gaming or anime-themed items. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and unique. I visit this shop regularly and have never had a negative experience. Between the competitive pricing and consistently excellent customer service, Elite Smoke & Vape truly sets the standard. If you’re looking for a smoke shop or have been disappointed by others in the area, this is absolutely the place to go!!!

Great smoke shop with an awesome selection and even better customer service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help instead of rushing you. Prices are fair, the shop is clean, and they stay stocked with quality products. Every time I come in, I find exactly what I need. Definitely my go-to smoke shop in the area — highly recommend!

Hands down the best smoke and vape shop in Lakeland. Huge selection, the owner is super friendly and carries a wide variety, and at fair prices. They also have a beautiful selection of glass available and it's a struggle not to buy up the store everytime I go in. Plus the hours are great! A lot of the shops here close really early even on weekends. Highly recommended!
