I like this place especially Chris she’s awesome knows what exactly what i always Get and so respectful. When ever i have A problem with a vape which it’s very rare she’ll replace it with no problem. The manager Rick seems to have an attitude like i decided To get a different vape purchase it and it didn’t taste right. Bought up there he hits it telling me there’s no problem with it then hands it back to me! Like why hit my vape that i have A problem with then hand me back to me? Totally disgusting! Then he finally offer me another one i turned It down to get what i normally Get. He tries to over charge me so i told Him I’ll be back for it cause i left My wallet thinking it’s no problem which it was the same price! On top of it last week i purchase the vapes i normally Get one of them didn’t work at all sitting in my car trying it out. When i webt Back in he refuse to replace it! So lucky Chris was there to help me as usual. When he’s there i refuse To stop by til i see Chris vehicle outside the store. I love The girls that work there they rock and oh so polite with a smile is The reason i keep coming back. Rick nope sorry can’t deal with him anymore. Thank you ladies for working there hopefully ya stay cause you ladies is the reason i go There.

Fully regret not coming here before all the other smoke shops I've been to in the past couple months. They have the lowest prices of everything I've been purchasing at other stores. I'm not sure what the woman's name was that helped me at my most recent visit, but she was great ,and I appreciate her calm personality and willingness to help, without making me feel like I'm inconveniencing her by taking my time to really look at the products I was shopping for. 😊

I absolutely love this shop. The pictures on here must be super old, because the shelves at this place are absolutely PACKED with different brand and flavor vapes. They're the only place that has the flavor of Lost Mary that I love!! They're always super polite and accommodating. 5 stars for sure.

This store no longer sells the only brand I vape, and after some convincing the girl got me to try a different brand. She’s mad dope, I’m giving this place a one because the owner. I bought this vape on Monday and it was burnt by Tuesday. I came in to try and swap it out for something else or at least get a discount because I just spent 30 dollars on one, and now he expects me to drop another 30 on a faulty product anyway. I’m confused as to why an owner wouldn’t supply a discount or swap it out over a customer who’s been loyal and coming for the last 1.3 years. I’ve attached pictures of the vape, completely full of juice. There are a load of other vape shops and I’ll definitely be going elsewhere. Bad business model to save yourself 30 bucks over a long term customer who would’ve been here for the next 5-10 years “.
