I would like to let you know of the outstanding team you have at your 6601 N Socrum Loop Rd (Unit #203), Lakeland FL store. I enjoy smoking cigar in your smoke lounge. I have nothing but excellent comments of your team there. They ‘re best I have seen in any cigar shop and they go out of their way to makes us feel welcome. I’m one of over 100 customers that feel that way. Specifically, your team of Kayla, Brian and Jessica who go out of way to make us feel welcome. As a matter of fact we have an “Cigar Warrior” smoker’s group on the WhatsApp. They post to the group the latest and best cigars arrivals. They also do great cigar’s vendors events. We meet at the shop at few times a week and spent a significant amount in cigars and other products. We do it mostly because we like the friendly and cordial atmosphere. I would like to recommend that those individuals be recognized and rewarded. They are definitely awesome. Very respectfully, Jose M. Rosado US Army Retired

Fantastic staff and the best assortment of cigars I've seen in my many years Pleasant surprise, I will be back.

Best place to buy anything tabacco related. best prices iv seen in awhile and i have been to some shops lately still the lowest price. they always try their best to assist with any questions, clean well organized and their cigar options are crazy they have so many and decent cost. Smells good in there, some smoke shops smell yucky not this one. People who work here are always a pleasure to interact with especially brian he seems to know about every cigar in the shop and always has a positive attitude everytime i go in idk if hes the manager but he sure is in my book, and hes always ready to assist if needed.

Always friendly customer service! Thanks to all of you for providing a comfortable environment .The shop is always clean and organized and always stocked with the product that I buy!

I love this place. The only place that I buy my cigarettes.
