Let's just start off by saying I'm in Zaza's shop every three or four days. I typically only get a budget cart and two Black & Milds. In fact, I've been coming to this smoke shop for the last nine or ten months. It's the only smoke shop I will go to. I have brought a handful of friends here, and I've recommended this place to more people than I can count, which makes getting finessed hurt that much more. Yesterday morning after work — I work nights — I came in, got a budget cart, and got my Black & Milds. It's payday, so I decide to take a little bit of the splurging money I have, what little I have, to buy a nicotine vape. I never buy nicotine vapes, but I wanted the flavor. Flavor looked good. Sour apple vibes. $17. Pretty cheap. That's why I got it. Vape works great. I hit it until the battery dies, realizing the battery isn't USB. I go this morning to Zaza's shop only to find out that what I was sold needs a $20–25 battery pack. Great. I don't have $25, so I just wasted $17. And you know what logic I'm thinking in my head? They sold me the pod knowing it'll die, and then I'll have to come back and spend another $25 with them. That sounds like a finesse. Had I been informed that the device needed a battery pack, I probably would've bought the battery pack and not the refill. In fact, the woman this morning straight up told me, "We usually tell people." Well, you didn't tell me. All I can do is leave a two-star review. One star for each $10 I wasted, because I won't have the money to buy the battery pack until next week when I get paid again. It might not be much to a small business, but $25 is a lot to an individual. I will happily remove this review if this is made right. Again, I like the business. It is the only smoke shop I go to. I don't want to have to start going to another one.

They are very good every time come the workers are nice and they have everything you need. Five star all the way
