They advertised two of their chargers/cords at the front register as '$12.99' and '$5.99' . When I was rung out the total came to "$25.00". I questioned the employee about the price which showed '$14.99' and '$10.00', clearly different than the marked price. The manager stepped in and said their prices had changed "this afternoon". Which struck me as odd considering it was mid day and there was no indication of the alleged changes. She reduced the amount by $6, but did not reflect the actual advertising price. Unfortunately my phone was dead and I couldn't transfer money and had no idea how much I had, so I swiped and saw it could only charge "$19.06", bummer but I knew I was screwed, so I canceled and confirmed with the staff to cancel. The charge is still pending on my card, and I pray they return it for the simple fact thst my bank will make me do backflips just to fight it/make me get new cards. Very odd experience, but the younger cashier was super nice, albeit a bit green but hey we've all be there. A touch suspicious that the prices were not accurate and the manager did not take the time to review the total. Regardless of the actual dollar amount, it's just good practice to honor your own advertising, use proper signage to reflect changes, and be accountable for your mistakes. And as a side note, store is very clean but a bit chaotic.

The coffee machine was working and lots of options for sugars and creamers. Store was clean and well organized. Most of all Landon the cashier was very pleasant and prompt with customers. I'm a local who supports local. Looks like they've listened to the reviews and actively working on improving.

They give free drinks sometimes, my son we have his Wednesday as race trac day with a drink and cookie..sometimes they just give the drink for free...my son is very happy.

I want to preface that we all have our choice of fueling stations and I would suggest you patronize a different location as I will in the future. I just visited this location at 7pm on Christmas Eve. I filled my tank with premium and the first issue was no receipt at the pump. Okay, no biggie I'm going to use the facilities anyway. I go to get one of those crazy good coffees they advertise, nope, machine is busted. What is this a McDonald's shake machine? So I'm like at least I can use the restroom.. NOPE! There's caution tape across the door, "out of order" Racetrac corporate needs to do something about this. Until they do, I'll take my money elsewhere.

They have a thief that is a manager there…. Stole lottery from me and just says “I can show you the slip from the machine.” Usually they show me right while I am there… I had a $100 , $30, $20, and a $2 winner…. She gave me $142 back… stay away from ractrac in Lecanto!
