Quick stop at this liquor store for vodka and whiskey. They had what we needed. Quick checkout and friendly service. Clean store, too.

This is one great store to shop! I go in and purchase bourbon for my son for Christmas and his birthday and the service I’ve always received is absolutely amazing and top notch! The manager has always gone above and beyond, my new favorite place to shop! Thank you for being so superior!

There is a elderly blonde haired woman with a thick Northern accent at this established that has extremely difficult with me the last 3 times i came there , I've been purchasing alcohol from this place for over 7 years , and service was always great , but until recently this elderly with dirty blonde hair with the thick Northern accent has really been giving me difficulty , she tried to insinuate that my ID was fake , but when I verbally brought this to a male manager she quickly denied that being the case , even after I showed my ID to the male manager and he said it was legit , she insisted that it was because my ID " had a crack in it " this was the third time I went to this place and the same women has done this to me , every other employee that works there has not , and mind you on this day she served a apparent drug addict a bottle of liquor with no problem , but then made it a problem when I tried to purchase alcohol

Wow... how bad customer service can really mess up a surprise. Order a cake 1 wk ago for a light skin color and nothing else, confirm in the morning light skin color ready for pick up. Got the there the cake is not peach color like they claim but dark pink with chocolate and canolis on top??????? I complain about the pink bc is for my husband and they cover the chocolate on top but left the pink on the side. I couldn't be more respectful but really deserve a bad review.

There is a blonde elderly women who was working at this liquor store location last night and refused to sell me a couple of mini fireball shots even when I presented my ID cards ( I am over 35 years old) I was confused and did not understand why, so she called the manager that was working at the time, apparently his name is Lee. They went to the corner and we’re talking behind my back before he came back and said you smell like alcohol so that’s why she’s not gonna sell to you. ??? Literally. Standing in the liquor store before I even opened my mouth he said that. Not only do I believe it to be a lie, I feel like they just said that because there was no other reason.. she swiped my IDs, they were real. Why would I have fake IDs at 36 lol I said I’m allowed to smell like alcohol that doesn’t mean anything. What else am I doing wrong? Do you want me to walk a straight line? What do you want? Why are you denying me when I have money and have done nothing wrong ? He said she is allowed to refuse anyone a sale. I called last night but I will be up there today to see the other manager when they get in because I have been coming here since they have opened and this is totally unacceptable. Why would you want someone refusing sales like that? Those rules where you don’t have to sell to people should only be in situations where you think the person is under age, (again, I just turned 36) or extremely intoxicated. “Smelling like alcohol” in a liquor store is no reason to prevent someone from buying. And I know for a fact, I didn’t smell like alcohol because I wasn’t even drinking yet. And nobody spilled anything on me. Even if I was, I’m allowed to have a drink or two I’m allowed to have more than that if I’m not driving and go buy more. I’ll be putting this on the Leesburg word of mouth page as well the other groups online and places to review.
