Lex provided excellent customer service and superb knowledge of available vape flavors. She is very friendly and personable, the type of person you really need to have and keep in staff running the store. The new remodel is awesome and the floor tiles are an awesome color. Place looks really upgraded and much more spacious.

Ama was very sweet and kind . Helpful with the piece I was looking for. Will be coming back . UPDATE— after making my purchase(s) I realized once I got home I was missing a piece I bought . Called immediately 11:40 exactly they close at 12 and spoke to the same person . Asked if I might have left it at the register or over where I was looking at the item . She stated they were closed and she already did a sweep and didn’t see nothing . I stated I don’t have the item I bought and asked if she could rely this to a manager 59 potentially watch cameras ( just to see if I set it down ) I was side tracked at the register leaving the review. Looking at their business cards ect , she stated to call in the am . I did no answer .. came back Wednesday afternoon asked if there was anything she could do , replace , discount , take off tax and she stated within the 3 mins of me standing in there she texted a manager and couldn’t do nothing for me. Rebought the price I already bought and am missing .. but respectfully will NOT be going back lol . I work for a store that excels In customer service and you always take care of the customer. I didn’t ask for anything free, I simply asked to have someone view the camera which is pointed at the register to simply see if I set it down and walked out . But whatever I’m over it . lol lost a solid customer + my boyfriend and friend . But whatever

Absolutely love the floors in the shop. Has solid atmosphere. A young lady named Lex was very helpful, had useful product knowledge. I plan on coming back here whenever I need anything.
