Great experience at this smoke shop—super clean, well-organized, and they’ve got a solid selection of everything you need. Prices are fair and the quality is on point. Customer service really stood out too—friendly, knowledgeable, and actually take the time to help you find what you’re looking for. Big shoutout to Riz for the excellent service—made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely coming back.

I’ve been coming here regularly for the past two years, but this last visit was extremely disappointing—and I won’t be returning. The quality of the pre-rolls has dropped significantly; they were honestly terrible. When I came back to address the issue Apr 18 11 am there were only two very young employees working who didn’t seem to have much customer service experience and showed little concern. I asked to speak with a manager, but my request wasn’t taken seriously, and no effort was made to contact one. Between the poor service and the noticeable decline in product quality, this was a frustrating experience. The pre-rolls gave me a headache, and I didn’t feel any of the intended effects—just discomfort that lasted for hours. I’m not sure what’s changed, but based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been to a lot of vape shops, but this one really stands out. The staff are super knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy—they actually take the time to help you find what fits your preferences and budget. The product selection is top-tier, from premium juices to quality devices, and everything is well-organized and clean. You can tell they care about the customer experience and know their products inside and out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends.ps whodatkai

So I stopped at this smoke shop, since I needed a new vape pen. And I’m glad I did. It was so clean, organized and just amazing at all the cool stuff it had. The young girl named Cee helped me out and spoke to me about a couple of other products. Made me feel comfortable,no hurry up and buy lol. I was just amazed at the cool smoking glass accessories and snacks they had. Over all great customer service, real friendly. Be sure to check out Cee when you go to Stop N Smoke.
