Rating: ⭐ / 5 Worst experience ever. While I only smoke hookah occasionally, mainly during my travels (including in Morocco), I can undeniably recognize when one is properly prepared. What was served here was unacceptable: no smoke and absolutely no flavor. The staff member was incredibly condescending when we pointed this out. I eventually had to ask the person who prepared it to pull from it right in front of me to prove there was an issue. To make matters worse, a group of men arrived after us and were served almost immediately—their hookahs were producing plenty of smoke, unlike ours. After wasting a lot of time explaining ourselves, they finally offered to redo it. While the second one worked slightly better, we had to leave for other appointments. Between the poor quality and the feeling of being treated differently, it was a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came with my wife, brother and his wife. Juan was very helpful and polite and very attentive. We were seated outside and it started to rain. They both escorted us in with umbrellas. The food and hookah were bomb! I will definitely be back next time I visit south beach!

A special shoutout to the hookah master, Aida—she’s truly a professional! She was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure everything was just perfect. The food was also outstanding—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The overall service was exceptional: the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and you can feel how much they care about their guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy a great evening. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Aura was a great experience, the host staff to the servers were very kind and helpful on helping us pick out what we wanted for the Hookah. We were given our own tube and flavored mouth piece. The Delta 8 created a calming effect and allowed us to fully relax.The food was incredible, the Beef and Lamb dish was so good and the drink complimented it well. they also had all types of variety of food. A very chill spot- I will be returning next time I’m in Miami !!
