This smoke shop is hands down one of the best around! The store is always clean, organized, and has an amazing selection—from glass pieces and vapes to hookah supplies and premium cigars. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you need without being pushy. Prices are fair, and they often have great deals and new arrivals, which keeps things fresh. The vibe inside is welcoming and chill—definitely a go-to spot whether you’re a regular or just stopping by. Highly recommend!

⭐ Review for Smoke City Vape & Smoke Shop ⭐ Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a vape here and right away there were problems. The employee told me to open it in the store to make sure it worked — once I did, I realized it had zero charge, which is not normal for a brand-new product. When I asked for a replacement, she tried to charge me an additional fee for something I had literally just purchased. Only after calling the manager did they agree to replace it. That alone should have been a red flag. Even worse, within TWO days the replacement vape completely stopped working — despite being fully charged. When I went back, they basically shrugged and said “no guarantee, nothing we can do.” So now I’m out the money, stuck with a defective product, and dealing with a business that clearly does not care about its customers. This place sells faulty, low-quality products and offers ZERO customer service or accountability. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that stands behind what they sell.

Best place hands down one of the best smoke shops ever. The beautiful lady here her energy is so pure an she’s so helpful an so joyful. She helped me an my friends out to decide what we were getting an always had good attitude an customer service. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars this place is 100 stars/ 5stars. Recommend to shop

It was good. They didn't have Butane can with the plastic tip (they are the best kind) but the store was ok

I’ve came here a few times and every time has been an amazing experience. The workers make you feel like they truly care about you, especially the guy with the glasses Sam. Their product variety is endless. I started driving out my way just to come here!
