Well I've seen a lot of businesses that lack common sense but this particular gentleman now it's working tonight at Alpha smokes clearly takes the ice. I come here weekly to bi-weekly to make 65.00 purchases for the same product. Tonight I purchased an hqd Vape. I opened it in front of him drill on it and a little bit of smoke come out and I said have a good night and I walked out the door. Before the door could even shut I tried to pull on it again and it started blinking and returned zero smoke AKA was dead. He said he was new and I was cordial to him and said that's fine but why don't you give your manager a call or somebody that understands this would be a very unintelligent move to compromise a customer that spends a run rate of $2,000 a year with you guys over at hqd Vape. Additionally I told him that if that wasn't good enough it was irrelevant because you're flat out robbing me as you know this is The Vape you just sold me less than 30 seconds ago. Like a used car dealer when you drove it off the lot he smiled at me and said hey boss can you read the sign. Well I sure can read the sign my man and what it says is that you shouldn't be working behind that counter. Don't waste your time at this shop. Clearly this gentleman has no integrity. I'll be glad to change this review when I receive an apology in a working Vape but until then make sure you're wearing a bulletproof vest because these people are out to rob you and they smile when they do it.

Great Shop with great products not found elsewhere. The Attendant Camila is very nice and also very pretty and trendy. She provides attentive service and does not mind having a small talk with the customers. The hours are great for it closes at 12 pm. The location is excellent right in the middle of Calle Ocho- Little Havana. I strongly recommend this Store. Five Stars 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 !

I've been a customer for months. Usually good product. One Friday, I walked in and purchased and HDQ. I T Trident once and as I walked out the store to take a second Pub while my hand was still on the front door it stopped working. I turned right back around and one motion and said sorry brother this one is no good and he said you're stuck with it and we had a nice difference of opinion or I didn't think he had the owners best interest at heart by stealing my money especially when I'm a regular. Both the owner gets back to me with the resolution.

Good smoke shop, excellent service. Dessire explained all the products to me very well and helped me find exactly what I needed. 100% recommended.

The best store in Miami must come to. They had everything I wanted in more five stars I come every week I send 5 to 6 people a week because I love it here.
