Service was amazing soon as I walked in a kind gentleman was helping me, I forgot to ask his name but he was a tall man seems like the owner, was very helpful, recommended the most popular product in what I was looking for and even gave me a little discount cause it was slightly over my budget. Incredible customer service 10/10 this guy knows how to run a business, I was checked out and on my way before I knew it. Love the product too it's high quality and does the job. BEST SMOKE SHOP IN TOWN.

They steal your money . I just came to this store and purchased a HQD vape. The girl behind the counter opend it and when I tried it, it didn’t work at all. I asked to please change it because it doesn’t work!!!! And the answer ? There’s nothing I can do . I didn’t even leave the store . So unprofessional, you cannot be playing with people’s money like that , if something doesn’t work then fix it . This store doesn’t please customers at all, they should close and stop selling something that doesn’t work .

This place was GREAT 2 month ago they had a wonderful helpful manager now the manager is no longer there and it sucks! Customer service is awful and they are always out of stock on the good vapes. Watch out!

It really is unfortunate. This place is at the corner of my house and on 2 occasion was sold items incorrect and then could not return them by one of the associates. When he sold me the wrong item On another occasion I was told they would order certain pods and for 2 weeks was told the same script “it’s not here yet” I had to go another place. Last time I purchased an item without opening it. Literally came back 5 minutes later to grab the item that trust because he doesn’t have any knowledge of anything and then tried to scold me like a child as why I couldn’t return the item. This morning the associate opened the store 15 minutes late and I came back. All he did was huff and puff over me. I had to pretend I didn’t have my debit card ti leave. I refuse to give him the sale. Aside from Renier and Ana who have knowledge and make sure you leave satisfied with the right item. I wouldn’t suggest going unless they are there. Appreciate your clientele, it’s the reason why that guy has a job and you are open.
