I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I recently bought an oil cartridge and a battery from a smoke shop near my home. Unfortunately, the quality of the products and the way I was treated afterwards were both incredibly disappointing. First, the battery doesn’t hold a charge at all. Literally — it just dies after a few puffs. I barely started using it and every single time I tried, the battery would drain instantly. As for the cartridge, it’s basically unusable. It doesn’t hit properly, and again, the battery gives out before I can even get anything out of it. After just one day, I went back to the shop to speak with the woman who sold it to me. I explained the issue, but instead of helping, she told me they don’t do exchanges and refused to even give me the contact information of a manager. In the U.S., this is unacceptable. Everywhere else, if a product is defective, they’ll help you or at least offer some kind of solution. This wasn’t just a small issue — I spent nearly $100 on something that doesn’t work and can only be thrown away. I believe they sold me cheap, low-quality products, likely straight from some unreliable manufacturer, and now refuse to take any responsibility. All I wanted was for them to at least replace the battery, since it clearly doesn’t function properly from day one. But no — I was basically dismissed. This is not how you treat customers. This was a rip-off, plain and simple. I hope the shop reconsiders their customer service policies — because no one should be spending this kind of money on something that’s broken from the start with no accountability from the seller.
