They have a great selection and even better customer service. The owner was kind and very helpful when an issue arouse from a online order. Everything was packaged perfectly and safe. The quality of care in incomparable! I will definitely order from here again and urge anyone who wants to support a small business to order here. Alan you are the best.

I just bought 4 puros, great quality. I’m enjoying it. Also a friendly dog. Thanks

This has been my go to cigar shop for years! They’re open late, they have great regulars and the owner is a Gem! Not mention they have the best selection I’ve seen of stuff that’s hard to find!

Best cigar selection in miami and Allen is the man enough said!

I bought a bundle of cigars for $70, and it was a complete waste of money. The cigars were dry, old, and clearly not stored properly. It’s unacceptable for any cigar shop to sell products in that condition. To make things worse, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. When I tried to bring up the issue, they didn’t care and offered no solution at all. Avoid this place — there are plenty of other cigar shops that take pride in their products and treat customers with respect.
