I have been a customer for over 5 years. The product is standard no complaints there. The issue is customer service if you do have an order problem. I've called over 6 times to communicate my issue. Now they don't pick up my calls. First time I called, I was told the package is under review. The second time i called to customer service, I was told that my package would be resent as soon as the product was available.Since then no answers. It's been over 2 months and now I cannot get through to talk to anyone. Calling and leaving messages. Does anyone have suggestions?

Beware! I spent 249.95 and never received my package. Can’t get in touch with anyone because mail box is full and they don’t respond to emails. I am super disappointed with this company and am filling a claim against them with my credit card. They sent me a lable created from usps and never shipped them. Very disappointed.
