If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I was searching for a very rare cigar. No one in South Beach had it. Thankfully, the concierge at my hotel was able to locate one shop off the beach that did! Tommy assisted me with my order and the experience was top notch from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient while I went back and forth trying to decide exactly what I wanted to include in my order. I was vacationing in south beach a ways away from the shop. I didn’t have a vehicle and was trying to figure out the most efficient way to pick up the cigars when Tommy graciously offered to have the cigars delivered to me that same day. He really went above and beyond. I will tell everyone I know about this cigar shop moving forward. I haven’t had a customer service experience this outstanding in quite some time. I truly appreciate Tommy and his team. Thank you!!

This new cigar spot in Coconut Grove is a hidden gem. It’s right by the marina, between Regatta and Bayshore Club, and it’s already making a name for itself. They’ve got a great selection of Padron cigars, including some rare ones you’re not going to find just anywhere. Plus, they’ve got Atabeys, which are tough to get your hands on around here. The vibe is solid—comfortable, not pretentious. It’s the kind of place you can hang out, have a good conversation, and enjoy a top-shelf cigar. Perfect for unwinding after a day in the Grove or grabbing something special before heading to Bayshore. Definitely worth a stop if you’re into cigars. This one’s legit.

Found a great spot in Coconut Grove. It’s a cozy lounge to smoke cigars indoors, plus have an amazing selection to stock up my humidor. So good!

I am a Miami local and weekly cigar smoker. Out of the plentiful options, it became very clear that making City Cigar by the Bay my go-to spot to purchase and enjoy cigars was a must. The location is perfect. Nestled on the Regatta Harbour property, there is plenty of parking, two amazing bars, restaurant and other food options that can be ordered and delivered to the lounge. At the heart of every amazing experience is an exceptional person. Tommy is the most knowledgeable tobacconist I have ever encountered and can curate an experience for every palate. 10/10 recommend City Cigar by the Bay every day of the week, minus Mondays because they’re closed…and even then, private events are an option!
