If you’re on Calle Ocho and interested in cigars, skip the typical tourist cigar shops and go straight to Cremo. This isn’t just a store; it’s a small boutique cigar factory where you can actually see the process firsthand! The staff takes the time to explain how cigars are made, what the different tobaccos contribute, and how various blends create different flavor profiles. The highlight was being able to choose my own blend and then watch it being hand-rolled right in front of me. It felt much more personal and educational than simply buying a cigar off a shelf. They also offer tours of the factory, which was fascinating and gave me a much better appreciation for the craftsmanship involved. Afterward, there’s a comfortable lounge area where you can relax, enjoy your cigar, and sip on a Cuban espresso. There are plenty of cigar shops up and down Calle Ocho, but most are just retail stores. Cremo feels like an authentic experience and a great way to learn about cigars while enjoying one that’s made specifically for you. Easily one of the most memorable stops in Little Havana.

Walter the owner and his tour was beyond perfect. If you are in Miami, you can not miss this experience. Just do it. If you are on Airbnb book through there also and you will not regret it at all!!

Such a great experience hanging out at the Cremo Cigar Factory! Went with a few friends and did the Custom Blend Experience where the owner teaches you about the cigar making process and has you try a bunch of different tobacco leaves individually to create your own custom blend. After that they shipped us each 10 of our own custom blend.....and shipped it in a pretty cool box too! I bought a few 10 packs of their hand rolled cigars, in addition to my own blend. Their cigars are fantastic! Tons of smoke on an easy draw, burns slow, and have great flavor! So happy we found this place.

This place is a gem. We did the custom blend experience and had a beautiful time. It was a super unique experience where we learned a lot l, had a great time and went away with a wonderful souvenir (our custom blend cigars). The team here is warm, knowledgeable and passionate. It was a fantastic time; highly recommended.
