Love this place the owner is amazing and the manager has the best customer service skills always willing to help with a smile .

Came here on January 27th around the time I was vacationing in Miami. I bought a hidden hills cart & a vape. After leaving the store I realized I mistakenly I bought a cart when I was originally looking for a disposable pen. I called back they told me I could come and return it. When I got back I bought the boutiqu switch pen. The guy at the register said he processed a refund and gave me a small paper. Yet it’s been weeks and I haven’t received the $20 something refund for the orginal one I bought. Called the store which someone’s answered and then put me on the phone with another person who then said they would speak to the manager….. I never received the refund. Mind u it’s been weeks now and they said I would receive it 3 to 7 days back on Apple Pay. Never received a call back or refund… that was sketchy.

This whole time I've been ignoring them and I'm pretty sure they were the first Vape Shop I added to my FiveStars rewards thingy. Holy Smokes I been missing out! I think I thought because they're right next to the highschool that they must only sell a bunch of Juuls and incense but they actually have tons more. Including my most fav KaliBloom. And including some delicious edibles. It might be easy to drive by because it doesn't look like much from the parking lot but YAAAAASSS! Prices for what I got were less than other places. 'Crystal' (I'm pretty sure that was her name) was awesome. Great multitasking. Very welcoming. Non judgemental of my Berry Kush idiosyncrasies lol.

Well, first off let me start by saying I did like this smoke shop and I’ve been going to this smoke shop since I’ve been staying in South Miami but this one particularday that I went to the smoke shop I had a five dollar bill on me and I paid the difference in Apple Pay This lady waited till I went out the door to scratch the five dollar Bill then put it in the air two different times sweetie if that’s the case why don’t you just follow protocol and have a marker there by the register instead of make somebody feel weird like that a counterfeit five dollar bill sweetie I would’ve walked in there with a counterfeit hundred dollar bill make things make sense and stop making people feel weird.

Cristian was amazing!!! Helped get us right after 8 days of being on the struggle bus!! Will recommend to all our friends!! 10/10! Appreciate you my guy!
