Very disappointing experience. I originally came here because of the convenient location, but unfortunately I will not be returning. There is a person working here who repeatedly tries to charge me the full price for items that are clearly discounted. Every time, I have to point out that the price is not correct, which is extremely frustrating. On top of that, they take no responsibility when you purchase something that does not work or turns out to be defective. A good business should stand behind the products it sells and treat customers fairly. Poor customer service and a lack of accountability make this place impossible to recommend.

I love coming to this store; most of the time, I’ve received exceptional service. However, for the past few days, I’ve been stopping by, and the only person who serves me is Andrew—a tall man who always wears a cap. Honestly, having him serve me is a horrible experience; he never displays a service-oriented attitude, speaks to you grudgingly, and—on top of that—seems to get annoyed when you try to speak to him in Spanish, despite being Latino himself. I used to love coming to this store—it has great prices, variety, and everything else—but lately, dealing with this man has been incredibly uncomfortable. The store is only about five minutes from my home, but I’ve decided not to return if he is on duty.
