Customer service very bad! I was asking “Theo” questions and instead of being helpful and showing me where things were “oh it’s over there”. There were other things that were said and again not helpful. That was the last straw for me. As someone new to the area it would’ve been nice to have assistance considering I was going to spend about $200 worth of product. Also prices way too high. Cannaocho way better customer service and less in price.

It’s a smoke shop.. why am I being asked to write a review? They sell vapes and some Tobacco products.. this is exactly what one would expect to find at a smoke shop.. In this regard LB Smoke Shop meets every expectation.

The best smokes shop in Miami! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He takes his time to answer your questions thoroughly. And let me tell you, the products are the best and of the highest quality! Highly recommended!

Excellent products at reasonable prices, thank you Lucinda for your awesome customer service.

Such a fire shop and amazing service, Carlo helped me out big time
