Cool little smoke shop, had to stop by here after I got my haircut to grab some change and a lighter. The place was nice and clean and seemed to have everything you may be looking for in this type of place. Also really liked the art both inside but especially outside the building. Nice cool open atmosphere. Service was quick and you could tell there was some passion behind the place, the person who was working seemed like the owner.

Just had an honestly fantastic experience at Love Smoke. From the second I walked in, Ronni took care of me. Gave me real attention, didn’t rush anything, and even when the store got busy, he handled it like a pro. He made sure I was good, guided me on what to check out, and came back with exactly what I needed. I originally came in for one specific thing, but Ronni ended up helping me find solutions for everything I didn’t even realize I needed. And not just random stuff, everything felt tailored, like it actually fit what I was going for. On top of that, the store itself is. Super cool, trendy, and full of unique pieces. I even picked up a Yoda garden decoration which, as a Star Wars fan, is a big win!! Big shoutout to Ronni, top-tier service. And shoutout to whoever’s running this place, because you’re clearly hiring high-quality people and building something special here. Great products, great vibe, but most importantly, great people. I’ll definitely be back.

I was looking to buy some smokes and something to drink,I didn't notice the business had two doors as I look through one door I notice a guy and a child inside I knocked and the guy look at me with an attitude no customer service no respect I guess he was licking some stuff in he's mouth and that was more important than a customer trying to to buy anything.Very poor representation for the business..

Every time I come into this shop the guys are always so friendly and helpful! Sal and Fern are always so helpful and knowledgeable on the products if asked any questions. I literally just came from work out the way past many smoke shops just to come here and shop. Thanks so much for everything and I will definitely recommend to my friends!

“Buy at Your Own Risk” I purchased a $65 HTCA cart for the first time because the guy at the shop recommended it, claiming it was one of their best and worth the higher price. The pen worked fine initially, but the next day, when the battery died, I put it on charge—and for some reason, the pen completely stopped working. I went back to the store with proof of purchase and the time it was bought. The guy at the counter asked me a few questions, made some unnecessary faces, and eventually replaced it. However, he made it clear that if it happens again, I’m out of luck. First of all, I don’t have time to keep running back to a smoke shop for products that don’t work. On top of that, I shouldn’t have to deal with attitude or feel like I’m being a problem for bringing back a defective item. If the product you’re selling is faulty or might not work as advertised, you should stand behind it and make things right. If not, don’t sell it—it’s bad business. Simple.
