You haven't known the real taste of Haitian cuisine if you visiting Miami for the first time I would recommend you check this place out; what's best is you get tasty food for your hard earn money; they are also on UBER EAT you can not complaint about not able to try it out . They have to do better with timing. Yes i know its not McDonald’s and the food is fresh but it doesn’t take that long to make griot. I called in to see what was taking so long and the girl was so rude. She told “well we got a lot of orders ahead of you so you gotta wait”. My peoples (Haitians) we gotta do better. And the food is just nasty and seriously the portions is a joke.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant at least 5 times now. Each time I order from them, there’s an issue. Whether it’s the quality of food, the poor presentation, or the extremely long delivery time. Today was the last straw, I finally had to write a review when I made an order today and the order never came. Ordered at 6:32, got a notification that the estimated delivery time was from 7:20-7:40, then it’s 8:40 and my order still says on the way. I contact the restaurant, the woman who picks up is defensive and has a rotten attitude. She calls back saying the delivery person brought the order, I inform her I never received anything. I have cameras in front of the house and kept going outside every 10 minutes. No one ever came. This is a black small business I was trying to support. In order to be successful, you need good business integrity and good customer service. Unfortunately they lack both. There’s better restaurants out here who deliver on their promises, have better customer service, and taste way better. If you’re thinking about trying this restaurant, please don’t. Save yourself the trouble.

I was unfortunate enough to order from this establishment. Not only did the order take 2 hours, when the food arrived the fried plantains were all black in 3 of the orders the fried conch stink so much because it was SPOILED!!!!! French Fries were the worst. I’ll stop here!!!!!! Either they need a new cook or they need to get somebody’s mama in that kitchen. I truly want to support again but they must do better. The menu is great! I wish the food was also great Best of luck to them!!!!

I saw this business on Groupon+ and wanted to see the reviews before claiming the voucher. Looking at the response that the business gives to the comments was enough to tell me that this place has no customer service and isn’t worth it. Hopefully they get better. If not for their customers, at least for the Haitian culture.
