i mean the whole environment of this store is insane. the prices, the music, the EMPLOYEES! i come every week and i love all the employees as they treat everyone like one of their own with kindness and respect. shoutout to marlon, silvy, val, and jayla for being the best!

Walked into Marley’s Smoke and Vape just “browsing” and somehow left feeling like I’d been adopted into a very chill, slightly smoky family. Silver and Layla? Absolute legends. Silver has the kind of knowledge that makes you wonder if he secretly has a PhD in Vibes, and Layla could probably sell a rock to a geologist and still get a 5-star review. Together, they’re like the dynamic duo of good energy and top-tier customer service. I came in with zero clue what I wanted and left with exactly what I needed (and probably a little more, but no regrets). Also pretty sure I laughed more in 20 minutes there than I have all week. If customer service were an Olympic sport, Silver and Layla would be taking gold, silver, and probably inventing a new medal just for fun. 10/10, would get “accidentally” upsold again

Cool vape shop. I was looking for a black ice vape similar to the Contraband, brand. They didn't carry it, but they did carry something very similar at a comparable price: the Fume vape model 30,000 puffs black ice. To be honest, not sure it will last 30k puffs, since the juice goes pretty fast with multiple draws.I went back and got something called Miami Mint, which is basically Wrigley Spearmint. I also got the grapefruit refresher, the Lost Mary Raspberry Lemonade, the RAZ black ice. I've bought 5 vapes in about 2 weeks and the staff was nice to me. The terminal they use prompts for tips, I just bypass it. I have tipped, but in cash. If I carry cash, and the person is nice I tip, so they can have a drink on me somewhere. No one treated me poorly for tipping or not tipping. Sadly I don't know the young women by name (I went to make a purchase not shoot the breeze) but they were all nice to me. I plan on going back, I want to try the Fume non flavored, but I have to go through some of these first.

Silver and Marlin are super nice, I was helped and greeted by Silver as soon as I walked in. The store is very clean and organized. The prices seemed unbeatable as well, I just moved into the area and couldn’t be happier with having such an awesome store close by. I can recommend and thanks again Silver your mood and smile made my day even better, 10/10 I’ll be back! Edit : Cane back and Val + Sofi were just as awesome, definitely my new main shop!
